          Firstly, the solid technical foundation is core point for us to develop.
As one of the newest enterprises which engaged in self research and development, QXMC has become an end designer and manufacturer in communication owning the first-rate R&D capability through a few years of effort.

          QXMC has developed and launched dozens of middle and high-end mobile phones with great performance and function and accumulated R & D technologies of terminal mobile phone. QXMC has established research center in Beijing and Huizhou, where its qualified research team constitutes strong research group for QXMC which can meet the demand of mobile phone design and research for QXMC and guarantees its leading position in technology for a long time.

          Except striving to own key technology, QXMC strengthens quality control by taking it as one of major points of research., so QXMC organizes a set of complete processes of purchasing, test and quality guarantee. In respect of purchasing, it transfers from the way of assigning the third party to purchase that domestic mobile phone brand manufacturers are mostly applying to self purchasing, fully realizes its cost potential during purchasing. Currently, QXMC has already owned over 100 components providers. As for quality control, QXMC is following strictly the need of ISO-9000 quality system, founded many test units including anti-collision test lab, accelerating aging test lab, lithium battery security test lab, as well as its end examination to keep the products security and reliability, which provide guarantee of long lifetime and high-quality for customers.

          Secondly, innovative capability is a motive force that makes the entity develop in a different way.

          In 2003, QXMC launched firstly real TFT color screen model; the first Chinese smart model in the world; the first arc-shaped model and wrist model accorded with the shape of human’s cheek. In 2004, T868 series——which were developed by QXMC itself adhering to the route of middle and high-end product and being successfully positioned as “the smallest PDA mobile phone”, take the blank market of PDA mobile phone and bring high profit. At present, handwriting PDA mobile phone of QXMC ranks the third among domestic and international brands and the first of domestic brand, covering 7.7% of the market share.

          In 2005, QXMC launched the multimedia mobile phone model QXMC A100 and A800 with 2 Mega pixels, which come out first of domestic multimedia mobile phones. Internal consumers’s demand of mobile multimedia entertainment is expanding greatly. Adding high quality multimedia into mobile phone will be the consuming point of the whole telecommunication industry. We will popularize the handwriting function and develop multimedia mobile phone with multi PDA functions, those are emphasizing multi functions as well as humanizing its operation. Our professional design team is good at catching customers’ individual fashionable demand of trendy and tasteful appearance and emphasizing its convenience and comfort simultaneously.
QXMC holds firmly the direction of “trendy and practical” and the route of middle and high-end multimedia mobile phone. At the same time, development in technique and management makes us control product cost effectively, because we always adhere to the aim that much more consumers can enjoy the convenience and interest brought from high technology with lower and more beneficial price.

          Third,the purpose is to provide service that makes the entity develop steadily.

          QXMC has a clear layout on marketing, which is “service supported and product oriented”. Our staff generalized it as “double three”, namely three characteristics and three networks.

          Three characteristics mean that products can be featured by differences and low price with high performance, marketing can be featured by common development of self-support offices and cooperation offices, services can be featured in terms of after sales, business and market. While the three networks includes key channel network taking national agents, provincial agents, regional agents and operators as main forces, key terminal network of national chain stores, local chain stores, shopping mall and retail stores, service network of customer-service center, maintaining stations and acceptance and handling stations?

          At present, QXMC has established many business offices all over the country, and realized basically prompt responses to the markets in every area of the country. Based on it, logistics, sales, advertising and sales promotion and some other marketing sectors are all established as a running system with Beijing head office as center covering the whole country. Combining advanced management level and administrative experiments, QXMC is dealing with the capricious competition in the market with featured marketing management style of “zero storage”.

          Fourth,it is a development strategy for QXMC to be a professional mobile phone brand manufacturer.

          Mobile phone has presently overstepped the period of uncomplicated mobile communication tools in a short time of a few years with great development expectation. Except its basic communication function, it has more functions such as mobile message, multimedia display, digital camera, business assistant, entertainment. In the coming era of 3G, people can enjoy more high-tech functions of mobile phones, which has become indispensable part in human life. Business of domestic mobile phone manufacturer currently is only a small part of it, so many are reaping handsome profit when it is significant instead of striving for improvement on technology and service to meet the demand of customers and for enabling customers experiencing the real value made by mobile phone. In contrast with it, QXMC is sticking to the way of being a professional manufacturer. We use the worldwide technology to serve Chinese consumers at present, while use Chinese technology to serve consumers all over the world in the future.
